THE CAMBRIDGE BECP
The BECP1 is a lower-intermediate English Language qualification equivalent to ALTE2 Level 2 and CEFR3 Level B1. The examination assesses Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking skills. The two pass-grades that are awarded are 'Pass with Merit' and 'Pass'.
The certificate, which is valid for life, is recognised throughout the world by commerce, industry, government departments, universities, colleges of higher education, and the professions, as evidence of language ability sufficient for offering simple advice to clients, making notes at meeting and seminars, and dealing with letters and articles related to the work environment.
